drawing volume envelopes!

HI there, I noticed when you edit the voulme envelope of a clip in arrangement view that the volume is on 100% and you can use the pencil tool to lower some part of the clip. is there a way to draw a higher volume in this view? I know you can do this on the track itself but how about in clip view, as I only wish to alter the volume for indivudal clips? It seems that 100% is the highest it will go?

100% is what ever the fader in the sample section is set to
