I heard a lot about this elotronnix xl vst to handle live looping and overdubbing, but still don't get exactly how it works.
i thought i would be possible to assign a foot pedal to whether the audio signal passes through ellotronix or whether it won't.
So when i'd press the pedal, audio would be added to the ellotronix delay buffer and when i'd hit the pedal again nothing would be added.
But how do i handle the length of the first loop??? Am i restricted to the master tempo. How does ellotronix know the lenghth of the loop? can i set live's preferences to none and record a clip?
I really want to get this overdub looping going ( i had a boss dd-20 before ).

I made a plugin specifically for Live looping ... it's not as indepth as loopy llama, but it's pretty easy to figure out.
but click on my sig and you will see for yourself
