Firewire Solo

I just bouth the firewire sol and i am very impressed with the pre-amps. However I have been trying everything possible to get the SPDIF to work but no luck. Does anyone have this configuration and are running it successfully? Thanks

Couldn't get it to work properly with Live under OSX so I took it back to the shop...

And I found the mic pre was a little too noisy for my dynamic.

Well specd card for a slightly silly price, though.

Nothing yet. I'll probably get it again, actually, as I'm more or less switching (back) to Digital Performer, which was hasslefree.

I know this is about as much use as a chocolate teapot, sorry

Yeah it's weird. I can't seem to get the Clock setting on the control panel to go to external.

Mine wouldn't sync to Reaktor at all with the analogue I/O. I'm thinking it's a driver issue and that it'll most likely be fixed. Have you tried emailing M-Audio?

that presonus firebox is looking pretty good to me....
it's more like a firewire 410 in a box the size of the firewire solo.
