Post by vandeloow » Fri Feb 04, 2005 10:46 pm

tracks with different colors are maybe good for the organisation of a liveact.

Seconded, at least differentiate the midi and audio tracks a little better.

yeah!

audio tracks
midi tracks
group tracks (audio track to wich audio from other tracks is routed)
aux tracks
master track

and maby a customable colorscheme, I'd love to have everything black and white, with hard colored tracks ...

coloured track

agreed. colour would help differentiate tracks, especially when you start getting above 30 tracks, it becomes a strain on the brain.

can already do this?

Post by m-laboratories.net » Mon Feb 21, 2005 1:21 am

You can already do this. Use the dropdown "color" menu in the clip view.

Nothing personal, but it bothers me when people who haven't explored the clip view start posting wishlist items. If you have some kind of hemispheric neglect and can't see your left visual field, ask the question first on the forum... or read the manual. :)

No offense intended.

they talk about TRACKS (you know, the columns), not CLIPS

No offense intended

I prefer to color my sections rather than separate tracks. It lets me see the picture better when focused in.

So basically we would like a way to color a whole selection of time (or objects, or tracks) at once.
