routing audio into vst help needed

hey
i'm using fireface 400 and live 7 and i want to route audio into my arp2600v (arturia vst).
if anyone can explain me please how to do it i'll be very happy, i'd check the manual and didn;t find info there (or i missed it...)

i want to insert my voice from the mic to the vst.

create a new midi track in ableton, drop the arp2600v ,
In the track input menu choose "Ext In" and select the right channel (e.g. mic=1 L )
in the monitor menu choose 'In' (now all incomming audio is monitored)

Now the audio gets routed to the arp2600v - but I don't know the Vsti, probably you have
to configure something in it like turning on the audio in f.i.
