Good to finally get post permission. I've been reading off and on for years now, getting various tips and seeing how others setup and run live. I've finally decided to join in hopes to contribute, and possibly get some inspiration. If you guys want to check out what I've been doing for the last couple years with Live, http://www.myspace.com/tvlabmusic . I pretty much began with version 6 and currently am still running 7 because really I hate updates. The music I originally started composing was mostly electronic for lack of a suitable input device. Though as I got more gear I started using live instruments and thats where I'm at today using Live as a guide and medium to capture and refine. I play guitar, bass, drums, keys, and sometimes vocals in my band Tv Lab in which i recruit various friends to fill spots. I also play drums in a folky, acoustic, jam band on the side. So if you've got a second check out some of my tracks the main player is the newer stuff and the reverb nation widget is the older stuff. Also if you feel you know any artists I'd be into post em. I'm always looking to find new music. Also I'm running a 3.2 AMD dual core with 4(3.5 recognized) gigs of ram on XP with a Presonus Firestudio Project. Still haven't been convinced to go Mac.
