how to make mono

Hi,

i input a mono instrument on a midi track (selecting a mono input of my sound card and external instrument plugin)
now i want to record this track to an other audio track in live.
i set the input of new track to "listen" to the first track post mixer (to get the effects)
but the result is i get a stereo clip

how to get a mono clip ?

Hello,

internal track routings are always stereo because Live only has stereo tracks.
You might use the export audio -> convert to mono function.
