drum rack changing octaves

hi,
im setting up for a gig on the weekend and i want a page of drum racks for each track, i dont understand why when u drag the window over the drum rack grid it doesnt go up to the next full 16 it leaves the very top four on the next grid which now reside at the bottom, and i cant seem to change these increments of scrolling...
anyone know how to change this???
