I´m having some difficulties regarding the use of looper. After recording my audio signal in looper, the volume of the loop is much lower than the actual input signal. Any way to get around this? I´ve tried to gain it by using Utility, but then the "live" signal too gets louder... And it is not direct signal from hardware, cause my MOTU 828 is muted...
Thanks...
Volume issue with looper
Re: Volume issue with looper
assuming that you have tried recording to an audio track so that you can quickly rule out your hardware as the issue....
Looper has a setting that lowers the volume on each pass by 50% or some such... I can't remember... I was reading the manual (imagine that) like 2 nights ago and read about it then.
Check there. I don't know if you have the download or box version but Looper gets several pages of the printed manual. rightfully so.

Re: Volume issue with looper
What instrument are you using to loop with? Are you using an acoustic/electric guitar or some other acoustic instrument being amplified?
If you are in overdub mode and you start to stack lots of layers then it will reduce the output so the sum of all the layers doesn't clip.
