anything one should know about playing Live 1.5 files in 2.0?

Yes. I am on PC and my songs do not sound the same when I open them up in 2.0. It really pisses me off. Right now i am stuck between 1.5 for my older stuff and all new work is done in 2.0 a real pain in the ass. I figure it has to do with the new warp options like texture, tones, beats. I WILL have to spend a lot of time in 2.0 to make my old songs sound as tight as they did in 1.5... oh well...

Generally, a Set created in an old version *must* sound exactly the same in a new version-- everything else is a serious bug. We know of one such bug which has survived the beta; it only occurs for extreme warp marker settings. Please confirm this is the case with the Set you have mentioned. This bug is will be out in the next release.

Here is some background. All previous versions always ran every clip in what Live 2 calls "Beats" warp mode. Incorpoarting the other warp modes required a rather heavy rewrite of the warping engine and that's where the bug was introduced. Sorry for the inconvenience!
