[dds] fine tuning tempo

Post by k reverend » Fri Sep 25, 2009 6:01 am

this seems like a live bug more than a max for live bug, but for some reason i can't fine tune the tempo with my mouse. it always moves to an integer value.

Could you post a patch?

no need to post patches - it's by design, it's not a bug, and you can finetune it by holding ctrl/cmd while dragging. Also, you can type directly into the window if you want an obscure tempo ;)
mbp 2.66, osx 10.6.8, 8GB ram.

You're right, I miss read… command/ctrl is used in many places in Live to do fine mousing.

Hi,

As mentioned, if the original poster is referring to Live's tempo, then this isn't a bug.

But I'm not clear if he's talking about this or the tempo of something within a Max patch.

k reverend, can you clarify?

Thanks,
