before the inevitable barrage of flames you are about to be hit with occurs, I'd like to point out for your benefit that there are a couple of helpful little loopholes with the Live demo that allow you to keep what you have done as audio files
you just need to route what you want to keep to a track then record as audio, then find the recorded audio in finder/explorer and copy it to a new location
this is a pretty generous demo system
also, as of Live 8 you can also get a 14 day license - so if you haven't already used that you can authorise it and then save your sets.
