For some reason I am not able to map a row of buttons on the sl 25. It is the row of buttons directly below the track activator button for each track when booting up template 40. Ableton recognizes when I touch the button, and I see the midi parameter change on screen, but when I try to map these buttons to the stop function for each track, it will not work. It seems I've managed to get every button or knob to map except these and the touch pad. Everything appears to be synced up, but when I hit stop on the tracks while playing a live set... nothing. Everything just keeps on playing. any ideas?
Also, is there a way to change a midi button to set to "on" rather than having to hold it down for the effect to take place? I don't see anything in the midi mappings box.
