Loops are clipping in Ableton, PLEASE HELP!!

Hello. While the problem is not with the Ableton 3.1 I have, all of the loops
I have loaded on my harddrive seem to be clipping and poping? I am new to this so please post any suggestions! Thanks.

a. do you actually have clips that are way over 0dB (digital clipping)? or b. do you mean sound's not coming out right?

a. try lowering the volume. is it only the master? then try to make a better mix.
b. try upping your latency in the audio preferences.
