increase your audio buffer size and work at a slower sample rate. your settings are taxing your CPU too much.
In my life
Why do I smile
At people who I'd much rather kick in the eye?

this is a major problem for a lot of people in live 8 with audio. check out the thread above regarding audible clicks and pops. Sometimes changing buffer settings works sometimes it doesn't. I get audible pops and clicks on a dual core 3.0 ghz 4g ram mac with one audio track and a buffer setting of over 700-1000 cpu at 5%. Btw I changed my buffer settings to the highest possible. (with ridiculous delay) and shut off all other processes on the computer and turned off every midi option in preferences. One audio track recording still cracking.. Hilarious. It isn't my buffer settings.
