I think I just saw the gayest thing I'ver ever seen

I just watched BT's Simply Being Loved video and I just about lost my lunch. BT is the John Tesh of Techno. He is Justin Timberlake for the aging raver generation. He is a twat.

just because Brian "Beige Tights" Transeau is at the very pinkest end of the spectrum doesn't make you glitch fairies any more butch.

Music that's cutting-edge deserves a video thats cutting-edge. That video is pretty lame.

In the words of BT - "Dude, I write chick music."

I wouldn't say he is the John Tesh of techno. More like the Morrisey of techno (at times). BT is out of his element in that video, but when you're at the mercy of the record label, that's how it goes.

British Telecom, isn't it?

In Denmark, it's a tabloid newspaper.

Well I for one read all this hype and articles in various key mags, drooling over old biege tights, and I must say I downloaded some of his music (emotional technology) just to see what the fuss was all about. And I must say after a impartial listen...TOTAL CRAP!!! Man this guy is as crap pop as the spice girls only he has supposedly "cool" vocal edits....as for having respect for his "talent" I can only do this if it is used tastefully to make good music....For example I can't really get into the talent of the hair metal gutarist who is technically skilled but musically daft. This is what I equate BT to - defintely has musical and technical ability, but unfortunately lacks ANY taste. Maybe if you are very soft and accepting this kind of sugary technopop is the bomb, but give me James Brown any day.....Cause you know its got soul baby....

By the way I should mention to the easily offended that this is just my opinion and should only enrage you if you care what I say....
Can you hear it?
