8.05 involuntarily automating solo/mute

Post by Zavosh » Wed Oct 07, 2009 9:40 am

I'm not sure what I've changed from this morning until now, but for some reason my solo/mute actions are being recorded, and there are no automation lanes assigned to any of them, nor can I stop it without quitting the project. When I return, I get the same problem. What's more, the actions are in sync to my project. I think I'm fairly skilled in Suite 8, and I know if it were actually drawing automation I'd know where to find it, yet I've never encountered a recurring problem that wasn't solved without a restart. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Thanks.

Hi Zavosh,

Hi Zavosh!

I had the same problem once with a broken midi controler. It was sending "mute track" without any reasons.
Does your "midi in" getting signals all the time?

Just an idea....
