song sounds dead when exported

whenever i export in live the track keeps getting converted to mono and i have no idea why. i have mono unchecked in the export options. its like the life gets sucked out of my track. any idea why? everything sounds perfect until export. thanks!

Post a screen shot of your Export settings

actually, sorry, it is on the import... the life gets removed when after export when i import it in for mastering. why?
