Need to know if the FXpansion DR008 plays nice with live4

I have been reading the posts reguarding the DR008 and it seems that all is well but I cant get any sound out of the demo using rewire. I cant just run it as a VST as the demo does not offer that type of install. So I am wondering if there are any dedicated DR008 users here using it with live. I would like to pick it up asap so any feedback is greatly appreacated.

worked fine for me in live 4.0 i also used it with slicy drummer which u should check out as well.. but they are releasing Drum 9 pretty soon so you might want to wait .

send them a e mail with regards to working with the current live 4, they are very helpful over at http://www.fxpansion.com.

First off thanks for getting back to me on this. I dont have the cash for the dr9 as they are saying that it will cost about 300 USD. I am looking at 120CAN for DR008 and that seems like a very good price.

I use my DR008 with Live 4.1 and it works great! Midi files map real nice to the DR.
It's a great product and it's well supported, the FXpansion folks are great!
