Hi,
thanks to answer these general questions: I bought Ableton Live 7 LE, but is too "Lite" ...
I want to abandon all expanders and play only with masterkeyb-> computer. (I have a masterkeyb with 4 EXPANDER: one button controls all 4 expander)

1) Is AL8 suitable?
2) With a key on masterkeyb I change all the sounds in AL8?
3) Ableton offers many instruments and sounds
(packages very expensive to buy separately):
but I have to hear this sound (strings, synth, piano, epiano,
Hammond, ...) before I purchase the Suite. How can I do?

well, not an exact answer, but you could try live 8 as a demo for 14 days, and it stays usable without saving afterwards. how about trying it out and playing with it?

reason i don't actually answer your questions directly: because i'm unsure about the answers..

Now I have the demo version (AL8) installed.
But how do I listen to sounds beautiful?
No sound can be adjusted to the quality that I have with the expander!
No sound can be invoked with one-button on masterkb!
(I have the rack following: Nord Lead, Yamaha Motif ES, Triton Kork, ...)
I'm sad ... I think that "ABLETON LIVE" is done only for DJ ...
