i think many people have problems with the audiophile because there going hotplugging and stuff....
maybe when used 100% correctly there are no problems?

no.....m-audio drivers are crap, hotwiring wasnt the issue. they are not a reliable for mac, only very few have had very few problems..
my advice, stay well clear if you are serious about your setup and dont want to waste time and effort.
would you rather use your creative time looking for answers to problems or writing tracks?
