The footswitch support is one of the greatest features of the APC40 imo.
In fact, I think I am going to order one right now.
I was watching some of Vesper's videos and I don't think I can hold out any longer!
I am primarily a drummer so the footswitches are going to be getting a workout. If anyone has some creative mapping ideas I would love to hear them.

BUMP THIS! I am also a drummer and have watched tons of vespers videos, he doesnt live far from me, great guy. I'm really in the market for a footswitch but can't find a ton of information on them. Has anyone PM'd you about creative foot controller mappings? I'm really interested in getting a glitchy type of feel to my drumming. it would be great to be able to launch clips from the feet. I guess this is a relatively easy thing to do, but I'd also like to be able to switch the selected scene without taking my hands off the drum sticks...
drummer to drummer you might be really interested in a cool ableton plugin I found yesterday, look up BeatKeeper, it allows the drummer to control the tempo in a much more organic way, never be a slave to the programmed tempo again! get ableton to follow you! I havent tried it yet but looks like it has a ton of potential. also called B-Keeper. Please let me know how it works for you if you try it out.

So, just to make sure. Boss FC-6 with its pedals will still control one CC, and it will behave like one pedal, right? I am wondering if using two dual foot controllers (four pedals altogether) will make any sense?
