this won't apply to most people, but they can also be used for submixes e.g. monitor sends for live musicians.

This sounds interesting however I'm not fully sure how to set it up.
Could anyone explain how I would set up this "feedback matrix" and "enable the send to themselves" please?

You can get some neat things if you chuck a looper on the return.
