No. It's ok if you have to manually record it. Like the old days with tapes. You just shouldn't download torrents.
On a serious note, pandora just denied me access for the first time. Sadness ensued.

I think Jack Valenti said it was alright if it was just for excersise use only. But... with the caveat that you must wear a headband while listening.
