You're missing the whole concept of Live and warping.
Check out some of the tutorials and on-line videos. It'll make a lot more sense to you then.

Then what are they for??? If they arent for the individual tracks speed?

I keep getting read the manual,i have the manual right in front of me.Its like its ableton is some secret society.
Nothing about djing with this program has made any sense and ive read the manual and searched you tube.I know how to move warp markers around ive typed the same tempo in the clip box,but i cant get the beat to match..

Those display the original tempos of the tracks as figured out by Live.

It's definitely no 'secrety society' here. You'll find lots of helpful individuals, but they ain't gonna hold your hand.

Oh well...thanks anyway,i'll have to find somebody who plays around with this program to show me in person.
