you mean he got to meet you. ;) I hope the smell comes off.
last show was Morrissey at the Fillmore, prior to that it was Moz at The Pearl.
blank - I'm jealous over that Ministry/RevCo show, WOW! did they do "if ya think I'm sexy?" love their version.
Yep they did :)
The singer was disguised in a big white penis and he was assaulting girls in the bar while singing. They played Beer streers and queers too.
Ministry was awesome too, they played Jesus built my hotrod live :)

Man, I had to think for a real long time what "rock" concert I went to last. I'm thinking it was Rob Zombie before his music started sucking. Almost went to Slayer last they were in town, but didn't happen. I could really use a Slayer show.

Sam and Dave... around 1980.
I saw Danny Gatton some time after that, but it was hardly a concert, just a club. One helluva Tele player tho.

Last "rock" concert... my previous employer had a luxury skybox at Madison Square Garden and they used to hold a monthly ticket raffle - concerts, hockey games, etc.
Won two tickets to see Blink-182 and Green Day. Took my son who was 15 at the time (He's 21 now). This was before Green Day's resurgence. Blink was the headliner.
I felt like somebody's parent.
I don't remember the last rock concert I went to "for me". But, I've been to a few memorable ones: The concert for Bangladesh (George Harrison et al), the Doors at the Felt Forum, the Jefferson Airplane at the Fillmore East.
There was one memorable concert that my parents vetoed - I'm still pissed: Jimi Hendrix and Band of Gypsies at the Fillmore East, New Year's Eve 1969/70. It was a late show. My friend had tickets. They wouldn't let me go. Hendrix was gone by the following September.
But, the most impressive concert I DID attend was Thanksgiving night 1971. Procol Harum headlined. King Crimson was 2nd on the bill. And, the opening act was Yes.

My friend's band Sleep Machine (myspace.com/sleepmachinemusic) played a few shows with Local H. It was fun.
I can't believe some of you haven't been to rock shows in such a long time. They are fun!
