same issue
I have run a test creating small recording of my own with audiacity. Exported file to MP# (with the LAME plugin). Set constant bit rate and made the mp3 file as standard as possible but still get a message "file corrupted or no license " so obviosuly this message has nothing to do with the licensiong.

I doubt, because the files in the same folder were fine. Another words I have files imported into another project few months ago. Those same files would not import anymore.
