Tom's Diner DNA remix - 1990
Timur is a Mongolian name - Mongolians are very close relatives of Turks - the first home of the Turks were the forests to the north of today's Mongolia.

Yep. Unfortunately the name "Timo" is quite common in Germany, so most people either understand Timo or Timor, I always need to spell it out and emphasize the last two letters, then I must emphasize that it is my forename and then I've got to make sure they get the simplicity of my last name right.

Whatever, the solution was my first ole Korg 01W, for some reason I think I shouldn't sell it even with all the software I've got with NI Komplete. Absynth is the only thing in my software package going into the direction of the 01W, it's a really nice ROMpler thing with quite many options for altering the original sample sounds. Plus it comes with 61 nice yet clicky keys (better than the action of the Alesis Micron keys, less prefereable to the action of the Remote SL ones).
