Very nice view and LARGE set 8O

If you feel confortable with this view on an iPAD screen it's OK, I cannot tell you what is better to you.

But to me, I feel better with my laptop screen and launchpad to fire clips, when I swith to an entire song in a middle of a set for example, I need to see the waveform and loop braces, etc...
Well nothing's preventing you from looking at the laptop screen to see waveform/loop brace while using the iPad when you want to do that. But when it comes to quickly navigating an unwieldy set and being able to see what you're actually controlling when triggering clips without guessing or looking back and forth between two screens, the iPad has clear advantages.

I currently does not need to "guess" nothing, because I can see all that I need on the laptop screen, and I only have ONE screen, the laptop one, the launchpad is not an "screen", it's a matrix of real buttons, I can FEEL the button without the need to look, and I don't care if I need to look back and forth between the laptop screen and the controller, just because, it's part of the show.

As I stated before, stay with you feel better, I disagree with your "clear advantages", to me it's another advantages, not firing clips.

when are you two going to realize that it's arrogant to tell other people how to work in their own studio. let people use what works for them, you two don't know each other, you don't know how the other rolls.
