Needless to say, he's an absolute cunt. He just doesn't seem to see anything wrong with it - he brags all the time. Interestingly, his family's absolutely loaded and his dad bankrolls him - he's 24 and owns a house and a Porsche - he doesn't even need to work. Its all got something to do with the tory-boy sense of entitlement. I'm sure he'll end up in banking.

He's leaving in two weeks... I can't fucking wait.
You should shop the c*nt. Seriously, just an anonymous tip off to the police or something.

One of the reasons the law is there is to try and prevent the pain/suffering/loss/misery/bad feeling (whatever you want to call it) that comes about as a result from somebody screwing somebody else over.

It is just wrong.
Shop him? Nah. I'd just kick his ass, medievil-style.

Agreed.

He also told me of a guy he knew who was diagnosed with that condition where you randomly fall asleep throughout the day. The guy didnt mention it to his manager and continued driving his bus.

Scary shit!

I HAVE GOT MY MONEY BACK!!! :D :D

I went to the police and made a report, showed them all the email correspondence, and Paypal reciepts etc.. And made a 'denuncia' (claim) against the guy..

Well, on Wednesday I thought that I'd write to him again, informing him of the fact that the police were now involved. But I alao offered him the chance to pay up and have the claim against him dropped..

Yesteday he replied saying that he'll ingress the money into my account to day (Friday).. TBH I wasn't expecting anything to come of it.. But just checked the account and THE CASH IN IN THE BANK!! WOOT

The only unfortunate thing is that I need the money now for other mundain things like bills etc.. :(

Anywayz just thoght you guys would like to know the outcome of this little story..

Thanks for all the kind words of help and support... you're a bunch to first class gents!

Congrats! It went exactly like in my so similar case, I got my money back right after filing the police report. BTW. I didnt bother to go to police again, only received letter from district attorney that the case was dropped after they received evidence that the amount was paid back to me.
Good to know that it works, wish I knew before, wasted too much time writing to Ebay, which brings nothing because those greedy bastards are only interested in their commission, honest or dishonest deals Ebay does not care.

Man that's so rude. You have to do something to get that money back and do something for that guy. Go and give him what he's looking for.
