Maybe I can clear up something about the original post.
Yea the title is a little inflamitory, but it is my experience people don't read anything on the internet unless they feel they can argue about it. Problem being that most people only read the title and the retarded poll I put at the top. Without giving a single thought to what I actually said they go straight to what they figure is the meat and potatos "Defend the artists that I must be attacking"
I'm not attacking, asking opinions hoping for varied and though provoking ideas.
I am doing this not for personal amusement, I wanted to feature some electronic artists that used ableton in their studios, thinking Monolake would be perfect to showcase (for all the obvious reasons) I went searching for media, and came up very short. Thinking that perhaps there were some personal reason for this I posted this topic on this weboard in hopes that I would get some insight and perhaps even take some of the ideas posed here and put them into an article on my site. Thankfully a few people do actually read and think, and aren't here to be part of "the good ole' boys club" than almost all forums slowly descend into.
I appreciate everyone who contributed to this topic and will keep you updated on my websites progress.
