Yeah I know he's supposed to be "classic" but he's got the most strained unnatural voice ever (in a sandpaper red chafed throat voice way, not in a good hard rock way). And no dynamics. It's always belted out full force, like he's been on the commode for half an hour constipated trying to get that last bit out. "Errrrrrggggghh!!!!"

I don't expect classical singing and proper breathing techniques, and imperfect singing technique adds character, but cmon. Classic or not, his voice doesn't sound good to me!
