"Audition" - I've dated girls like this

"Requiem for a Dream" - no better way to enter a deep state of lasting depression...hooray for heroin!

..add "Kids" to that list.

"The Hills Have Eyes" - horrible movie but the monster rape scene and shotgun suicide won't be forgotten anytime soon.

"Battle Royale" - awesome Japanese flick

"2 Girls 1 Cup" - http://www.2girls1cup.com

"Hated" GG Allin & The Murder Junkies - see this movie! I own it just to shock guests. It's about the punk rocker GG Allin during his last days. Was filmed by Todd Philips when he was in NYU film school (his first real film I believe), long before he did Phish's documentary "Bittersweet Motel" or his mainstream films.

How could I forget to add Dancer In The Dark to my list, that movie made me stop watching movies for months. Mad props to Bjork for that one.

Historical movies:
Roots
Malcolm X
Saving Private Ryan
The Temptations

Tear Jerker movies:
Color Purple
Boy in the Bubble

Horror movies:
Invasion of the Body Snatchers (1978 remake)
Dawn of the Dead (remake is pretty scary too)
Saw movies

Just plain creepy:
Crying Game

Horror movie that is actually funny:

J'D's Revenge

Low Budget Action movie so low budget it is actually funny and entertaining to watch:

The Guy from Harlem

But if you really crave entertainment to trip you out, I find books to be much better. Here are some books that creeped me out:

Shutter Island by Dennis Lehane (this book actually made me a little depressed after the ending.)

The Long Walk by Stephen King
The Running Man by Stephen King (not really a scary or a trip out but very suspenseful)

Non Scary movies that really Scared the hell out of me as a kid:

1. Superman III with Richard Pryor

This was when Superman was trying to stop some scientists from inventing a supercomputer that would take over the world (or something like that). Anyways one of the mad scientists accidentally falls into the computer (or gets attacked by it.). She ends up sort of merging with the computer.

2. Terminator

When Arnold took out his eye was just plain creepy for a 4 or 5 year old at the time.

3. Pee Wees Big Adventure

Large Marge.
