Richie Hawtin in London

I was lucky enough to see Richie Hawtin play a blinding set in London at the weekend, danced my ass off until 5am when my brain/body interface crashed, or something (perhaps a tad too much sunshine. or too much 'basically legal' weed. or both), and I had to go and have a lie down.

Anyway, I was wondering if anyone knew if he was using Live live yet? I know he uses Final Scratch (www.finalscratch.com), but some of the effects sounded a bit like some of the Live filters and he kept peering at his laptop now and then (although it was probably running final scratch software).

While we are on the topic of Canadian electronic musicians using Live, can I just mention that Akufen is God? Thanks...

thought so. it was great! any chance of a Live users tour, coming to London, and featuring Hawtin, Akufen, Monolake, Jan Jelinek, etc etc...?

A guy can dream, eh? What a fantastic line-up that would be!
