found it.

wow! this thing is pretty nifty! it'll be great for my lunch break at work, or if an idea pops in my head, and i'd like to "jot it down" right quick. VERY accessible, nice and quick... anyone else enjoying it? 8)

That's wicked.

Hoping someone (i.e. my wife) will buy me one for Winter Solstice (not a Christian!).

Not sure she needs me to have another piece of "gear" though!

pffft... it's not a piece of gear  offer to do the laundry and dishes for a while, scrub the toilet once a week, etc.

if you already do these things, sell some plasma :)

hell, you might could work it into your live setup :!: although you might look worse than the so-called "douches" who "check their emails" on stage :P

That's why I used the inverted commas!!

That's how she will see it though! Another piece of electronics which means I'm predisposed.

I doubt I would use it live (can you midi it? would it work wth my faderfoxes? lol) but would be great for "sketching" ideas.

i guess you'd have to hack it somehow to "midi it", the ds does have wifi capabilities, but i'd imagine this would be near impossible... but you could audio out into live.....

more of a joke than anything, really. but sketching definitely, and you could always record the sketches, and totally give them the live treatment.

@toilets, i guess they don't need to be scrubbed... but i wouldn't want the dogs to give me kisses if they weren't :P
