Who can recommend a power conditioner?

Im getting noise and FM radio in my monitors. It's most likely the AC power in my new place.

I've never had this problem before and know nothing about power conditioners. I've heard Furman is the brand to go with, but will their lower end models give me what I need (sub $200) or will I have to go with a middle model (sub $500)? Any other brands I should look at ?
