Hotkey support within Plug-in Devices to speed up workflow

I have a sh!tload of plug-ins. I have them organized a certain way. If there were a way to type the first letter of the folder you wish to jump to, and hitting the same letter again would go to the next folder in alphabetical order.... That would help speed things up a bit.
