voice tweaker AU/VST problem

I just downloaded the VoiceTweaker (by Xponaut) AU and VST but live will not recognize them in the plug-in browser. i have tried alt-clicking the rescan button, but nothing comes up. i have a couple of other AU's and VST's in there that are in the same folder and tghe same file type as the VoiceTweaker, but this one wont show up. any thoughts?

I am running live 7 on mac osx 10.5.6.

VoiceTweaker is not Universal Binary, PPC only.
