Hi, i'm pretty new to Ableton Live 7. I always used Cubase LE.
I'd like to know how you can record 'any' midi data sends? For example, I have a Moog VST and I mapped the cutoff control to a CC knob on my controller. Now i'd like to record the data (thus sound) changes when I turn the knob when I play. How can i do this?
When I turn the knob now during recording, it doesn't record those MIDI sends, it only changes the 'absolute' setting of the knob.
For the rest, three thumbs up for Live7! Midi mapping is extremely easy (cfr. the painfull mapping in Cubase) and session view is incredibly inspirational!
