Live 7 Suite to Live 8 Suite costs?
Live 7 Suite to Live 8 Suite costs?
I can't seem to find an upgrade cost for L7 Suite to L8 Suite. Can anyone answer this question? Or do I have to wait for it's release?

that + the 399 for apc40 and it looks like I'm gonna be out almost $800 soon.
oh shit.... then theres max for live.. god dammit... I'm gonna be spending more than $1000 this upgrade period? that's horse shit!
It was as if someone shook up a 6 foot can of blood soda and suddenly popped the top.
Upgrading
I have a boxed suite 7. Because of paying to customs extra $300 every time I get a box, I want to upgrade to 8, but to a downloadable version.
Now will I be able to upgrade to 9 boxed from there (after I move to another country - going to happen pretty soon) or will I be stuck with the downloadable versions only?
Thanks!

You sure about this? I see Operator 8 only listed under the Suite section. I hope you're right and I'm wrong, but I'm a bit worried I'll have to fork out some more cash just to upgrade Operator.andydes wrote:If you upgrade Live, any improvements to instruments you have are upgraded (ie. operator). Upgrading the suite gives you the latin drums, extra content and the collision thing.
Thought I saw Robert say that somewhere. Can't find it now, too many threads to wade through. But that's the way it's always worked in the past as well (admittedly, this is the biggest upgrade I've seen to an instrument).8O wrote:You sure about this? Cheers, you mean this:andydes wrote:Thought I saw Robert say that somewhere. Can't find it now, too many threads to wade through. But that's the way it's always worked in the past as well (admittedly, this is the biggest upgrade I've seen to an instrument).
Yeah, again we're second-guessing everything here, but that could be taken to mean just backwards compatibility and nothing to do with pricing. I guess we'll have to wait and see...Robert Henke wrote:Yes. simply open your old set in NewLive and voila: you have the new Operator. Sounding the same as before and offers more. ( Jingle end )
Yeah, that might have been it. Slightly out of context without seeing what he's replying to. But he does say "new operator" and "offers more". Also seems pretty damn pleased with himself, so I take that to mean it's good news. Either that or he's been hitting the champers. Or both.8O wrote:Cheers, you mean this:andydes wrote:Thought I saw Robert say that somewhere. Can't find it now, too many threads to wade through.
