OT-Surviving rough times

Post by liveISlife » Sun Jan 25, 2009 5:00 am

So how will you all be preparing for when your state or nation goes bankrupt and the flash mobs try to steal your food? I'm thinking about setting up some booby traps and getting some razor wire to wrap around my house. This is going to be fun. I'm honestly looking froward to it. Bring it on global depression! You can't take me down! 8)

It's a bunch of unorganized desperate hungry people who want to come disturb you while you are laying down a sweet mix in Ableton.

I guess it also has something to do with gathering quickly and having a giant pillow fight as seen in the related pic Image

I've got a basement full of canned food.
I have three guns.
An over under pump action shot gun to protect me.
A side arm on me at all times.
A high powered hunting rifle to shoot game.
I also have a long blade hunting knife and a machette.
For back up i have a sports hunting bow.
I have three animals.
A rottweiler.
A hunting dog.
A cat.

The cat is there to keep the rats and mice off of my food stash.
The hunting dog is there to help me,, well,, hunt.
The Roty is there to protect my property while i am away hunting.

If, for some reason, i am unable to hunt and my food runs out, i can eat the cat as i will no longer have food to attract rats and mice.
Once the cat has gone i can eat the guard dog as there is little for it to guard.
The hunting dog will be the last to go...

I also have a battery bank and wind power to keep it charged.
Thats there to run my lap top with Live on it...

Just saw a report this evening on network news stating that sales of guns has gone through the roof! I prefer German engineering so I'm getting a Glock. 8O

This is all i wanted to hear. :D For real though bro, you got the NICE plan! You just inspired me. I'm going to have to go do a little survival stocking up and preparing. This shit is no joke. We should get a secret location where all the Ableton people can meet up and we can have our own society. It will be like the forum but in real life!

Are you talking about the Mac you just got? You could probably catch a mean sun ray on the gloss screen and melt the flash mob away while simultaneity making a beat :!:

Need me sum of deezz :!: Maybe they can include one with Live 8 :!: They can probably get a nice bulk buy on em and hook us up real good:!: There is definitely enough room in the box for it and extra clips too. You know what would be real nice as well is a special limited edition Ableton bullet proof vest with a free limited edition Ableton bullet proof beanie.

already been unemployed for a while now since the mortgage industry tanked. I was thinking of keeping afloat by pimping my girlfriend out.
