[jab] 8b3 instant mapping errors

I checked the instant mappings I made myself for the Novation Nocturn
(8 encoders, bank forward/backward & lock)

Vocoder: 1st parmeter switches device on/off should be (as with all Live devices): Controls first parameter. It's backwards also.

PingPong Delay: Parameters 1 & 2 (frequency & bandwidth) don't work. (compared with Live7 to be sure)
