[amo] Limiter in L/R mode only has one Gain Reduction meter

This is walking the line between missing feature and bug, but I figured I'd post it here.
But anyways:
The Limiter, when in L/R mode, still only has a mono gain reduction meter, even though it's limiting the channels independently.

That's how it is for now. I'll keep the wish on the wishlist, and move this thread away for now, as it is no bug.
