HELP - New Internal Hard drive VS Ableton Settings

Hello ALL,

Im going to swap out the internal HD on the 2.16 Macbook this evening. Has anyone done an internal HD swap without losing their ableton work?

I have my abelton disc ( currently 6LE until 8 drops)
and I am going to back up my entire ableton data folder on an external.

If I just drop the old files from the external backup onto my new internal..no problems?

I just dont want to lose my work..way way too much time vested.
Im assuming that the mac o/s will make this not too bad.

ANY INPUT?
