8.06b Live has frozen (and bug snapshot problem)

I was loading up Suite inst and operators to do some Live 8 jamming, and things were going great until Live froze. as in, the "play" button is still lit up. transport does not respond.

i CAN click anywhere in the arrangment view and the cursor reflects that. I can change parameters on effects etc (of there is still no sound)

I'm trying to do a bug snapshot. I select it but nothing happens. I don't want to force quit because i won't to send the report. Umm, Help?
