[awi] 8.0b8 Mouse Pointer error with 3rd party plugins...

The mouse pointer does not change back to an arrow when hovering over 3rd party plugins in the Clip Overview/ Zooming Hotspot and Scrub Area.

Open up a 3rd party plugin and move it so that parts are overlapping with the Clip Overview/ Zooming Hotspot and Scrub Area. Now move your mouse over a 3rd party plugin. Instead of the mouse pointer changing to an arrow it stays at the zooming or scrub tool.
