Sorry for a dumb question, but I've been sending some beta bug reports (with ALP-packages) to "beta" under the domain ableton.com, but then I read that "all beta testing is at forums" so I was wondering is there some other way to deliver .alp-packs now or do you guys still read that e-mail?

keep sending them the emails, but if its something the forum community might be able to help with, post here as well. if i have a spare moment, i like to go through the latest posts and see if i can reproduce any reported bugs.

I'm thinking only crash reports gets sent to beta@. All bugs are reported here (forum) so you can keep track what's been reported or not. Also enables us to search for stuff allready mentioned.

@lo-fi: i think he's asking about the actual report packages, which you can create via 'bug reporting snapshot' even without a crash. if i can easily reproduce a bug i do the snapshot and send it in.

edit: yes, lessons menu says to generate the report and send it to [email protected] had me worried i was sending a bunch of useless information.
