yes, bugs in the content should be reported, too.
However, I recommend to start a new thread for new bugs. It makes it easier to
follow up.

thanks for the report. The empty Macros are a result of Live's current way to extract Drum Rack components. If you look at the GranularStretch example:
The "Kit-GranularStretch" has a Reverb and a Delay in its Return Chains, which are mapped to Macro 1 and 2. The Percussion-GranularStretch components are extracted from this Kit-GranularStretch. When you extract a Percussion component from a kit by dragging its Pad out to the Browser, the Return effects are not saved with the extracted component, and therefore the Effect Macros are disabled.
