I have Reaktor, Microtonic, PPG 2 and Attack - but rarely use any of them...

Zebra2, Omnisphere, SV-517, Uhbik. I use Live's effects for everything else.

(I consider my mastering tools seperate, since that's more for business use and not what I use in my own writing)

I would count LIVe as a plug-in because it's rewired to DP.

I have too many to list, but these are what I'm using ATM.

Arturia Jupiter 8

MOTU Bassline

MOTU Symphonic

MOTU Mach V

Trilogy

Atmosphere

RMX

iDrum

Ozone

WAVES - L3, Vox Comp, Ren Comp

UAD Pultec Pro

That's really it. Most of my leads and basses are from hardware. TBH, I've discovered that I'm becoming more productive and efficient with less and less gear.

Does Virus Control count? I use that for almost all of my sounds. If I need acoustic sounds, I just record my Roland RD700sx. I also use some UAD plugins, notably the Neve 88rs, Plate 140, SPL Transient Designer, 1176SE, Pultec, Precision Limiter, and Precision Maximizer.

I have accumulated a few:

I have:

Supatrigga
InstaJungle
Effectrix

FreeAlpha
Basstation
Magical 8 Bit
TAL - U-No 62

and I have Massive and FM8 en route.

The plugin I use the most is FreeAlpha and I just started experimenting w/ racking up layered instances of Magical 8 Bit. I don't use anything else on that list frequently.

I have Suite so I have plenty of amazing sounds although I mostly use Operator and Simpler. I toss in Plugins every once in a while to get some different sounds, inspiration and to look at something different.

I will say, after trying a bunch of plugins recently, some of which have a great looking shiny interface, I may have even more of an appreciation for Ableton's minimalism.

THe ones I use most:

FLStudio
Sytrus (have it as separate)
Microtonic
there are a couple of xoxos plugs that i like that i use
there are a couple of HG fortune plugs that i like that i use
there are several other freeware synths that i use
LiveCut
a couple (Win only) I made myself, the are here http://www.utenzil.com/vst
[edit] OH i forgot, Voxengo Elephant, Voxengo Soniformer.
[edit edit] forgot again silverspike recorder vst.

I'm afraid I'm one of these dull tools that picks up a cheap/free vst that does something neat and then gets inspired and does a track or two with it then will maybe never use it again. :)
UTENZIL a tool... of the muse.

NI Battery 3
NI Akoustik Piano
NI Elektrik Piano
NI Pro 53
NI B4-II
NI Kore Player
Livecut (lovely, lovely freeware!)

Not too many; the A & E pianos get the most use out of all of them.

Shit, never counted.

-NI Kore/Komplete 5 (That counts as 1!)
-Zebra2
-Alchemy
-Sylenth1
-Synplant
-M-Tron Pro
-Oddity
-Synful Orchestra
-Addictive Drums
-Stylus RMX
-Ohmicide
-Predatohm
-Ohmboyz delay
-Artillery 2
-Effectrix
-Vogue
-Dubstation
-Reverence

That's about it for the paid ones. Although some come and go. Then there are a bunch of freebies like TAL stuff, crystal, W1 limiter, automat, livecut, etc.

I'd say between the above list and the live suite, if I had to ditch some, it would have to be the live suite instruments, although I really like them as well. I mostly have the suite because I'm a live fanboy.
