hi there

save yourself the time and effort looking for a teacher and follow the tutorials that come with it, they're very good and will get you up and running with the basics in no time.

after that it's just a matter of using it regularly and experimenting.

it is an incredible program, the more often you use it, the more you discover though of course it's worth reading the manual too.

There's no need to hire a tutor. My friend & i both work with it in our laptop duo Narreme & we'd be happy to show you the ropes. You could cook us a delicious vegan dinner for gratitude but that's all the recompense we'd ask : ). PM me if you are interested. Did you go to the Ableton workshop at the Caroline Collective perchance? I'm talking to them about starting a users' group meeting there.

Guess nothing came of this, but if it did let me know, I'm interested in some tutoring as well. At least until I get the hang of properly warping and beatmatching tracks for a mix in Live without killing the sound quality.
